Then add more components to build the perfect system for your application.

Slim-line LED lighting strips are available in 6, 12, 24, 36, and 48 inch lengths. Each LED strip has a RCA style male and female plug, which allows for easy in-line installation.

Each strip is 1/4 inch in height and less than 1/2 inch in width. The diodes are recessed in an aluminum housing, which eliminates the need for light rail molding. The small size of the fixture coupled with the directional properties of the light make LYNX LEDs an ideal solution for under-cabinet lighting and other situations where clear specific task lighting is required.

Linking cords are available in 24, 48, and 72 inch lengths. Linking cords can be used anywhere in the system to connect lights, transformers, or switches. Each cord has a male and female RCA style plug.

LYNX LED lighting operates on a 12 volt system thus a transformer is required to convert 110V AC current to 12V DC. Each transformer is rated at 60 Watts. The LED strips use 3 watts per 12 inches of lighting. It is recommended that each transformer carry a maximum load of 90% = 54 Watts / 3 Watts per foot = 18 linear feet of LED lighting strips per transformer. LYNX transformers come with a power supply cord that plugs directly into an 110V AC receptacle and a female RCA style output.

To get even light distribution, place the transformer in the middle of a circuit. Transformers can easily be hidden inside of cabinets or on top of cabinets.

There are many ways to control power to the lights. You may chose to put the lights on a switch receptacle eliminating the need for a toggle switch. Or you may chose to plug the lights in manually every time you want them on.

Inline toggle switches are also available with RCA style plug for linkable use. This will allow you to switch the power on or off between the transformer and the light strips. The small toggle switches are easily hidden under the bottom of the cabinets or inside any cabinet.

3-Way splitters are available for multidirectional applications.
